If you already have a planner or coordinator (which I recommend for larger weddings), I’ll work closely with them to make sure everything flows smoothly. If you’re planning things yourself, I’ll help with timelines, vendor recommendations, and photo locations.

I've photographed elopements on both, as well as at Taku Glacier Lodge, and can help you navigate access, permits, and logistics from start to finish.
To legally elope in Alaska, you need a marriage license, which you can obtain from the Bureau of Vital Statistics online or in person, or from any Alaska court clerk's office. Licenses are valid for 90 days and cost around $60. You'll also need an officiant who is legally authorized to perform marriages in Alaska, which can be a friend or family member ordained online, as well as one witness. I can point you toward trusted officiants in the Juneau area as part of the planning process.
